Third Quarter 2013 Results

  • Net revenues for the three months ended September 30, 2013 totaled $2.33 million as compared to $1.44 million for the same period in 2012, a 61% increase.
  • The Company recorded a net loss of $698 thousand for the three months ended September 30, 2013 compared to a net loss of $764 thousand for the same quarter a year ago, or ($0.04) and ($0.04) per share, respectively.

The quarter was highlighted by the growth in international sales and continued growth in all Domestic channels of distribution. The timely introduction of our brand with Brazil hosting the World Cup 2014 and the Olympics 2016 provides an exciting opportunity. Our first shipments arrived in China, initiating our brand distribution within this vast opportunity. Celsius Public Relations efforts have generated over 551 million impressions year to date while our digital radio campaign continues to deliver 7.8 million ads each month that are focused in our 'Drill Deep' markets," said Mr. Gerry David, Chief Executive Officer."

Second Quarter 2013 Results

  • Net revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2013 totaled $3.02 million as compared to $1.82 million for the same period in 2012, a 66% increase.
  • The company reported loss per share of $0.01, compared to a loss of $0.06 for the same qaurter 2012.

Results for the second quarter continue to reflect the efforts of our Turnaround Plan, which was initiated with the change in management in the fourth quarter of 2011. As part of this Plan, the Company introduced new packaging design which featured a focus on "Burn More Calories Plus Lasting Energy", implemented a nationwide single serving strategy and successfully implemented the "Drill Deep" model in five key regions.

First Quarter 2013 Results

  • The company reported loss per share of $0.02, compared to a loss of $0.03 for the same quarter 2012.

Joint Venture

BOCA RATON, Fla., Nov. 19, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Celsius Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:CELH), the creator and marketer of Celsius®, the world's first calorie burning beverage backed by clinical science, announced today that they are partnering with Shanghai Honglu International Trade Co., Ltd. for the company's first foray into the Chinese market. Shanghai Honglu International will initially focus on distribution in the major cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
