&lt;LI&gt;Generate revenues from unutilized land of approximately 1.8 million square feet (we extrapolate this could lead to an additional 3+ mil in revenues) vs. the cure run-rate of around $2 million. 
&lt;LI&gt;Scale the business by acquiring additional land to expand current business model&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unlike ZDPY, MILC seems like the best candidate to experience an expansion in its valuation multiples due to current guidance from management and the scalability of its business, due to its relationship with PW.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Recall, management expects revenues to begin in mid-2022, so hopefully we are close to seeing how aggressively management will be executing on its guidance. We do see a scenario where the stock could double from its current price this year, but that&amp;#8217;s going to partly depend on overall improvement in market sentiment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, please keep in mind that IIPR and PW are not direct comps to MILC. PW and IIPR own land that they lease to operators. So they&amp;#8217;re more relevant comps to ZDPY. Our next piece of analysis will be to look at operators of cannabis facilities and see how those valuations compare to MILC. We will also expand the valuation table to include enterprise value of the sales.&lt;/P&gt;
