Q2 sales of $4.795 million vs. $3.459 million in the prior year

Q2 2026 EPS: $0.03 vs. loss of $(0.01) in the prior year

Q2 bookings reached $6.4 million, representing a 1.34 book-to-bill ratio.

Backlog reached a record $10.7 million, up $4.9 million from the prior-year period.

Management Commentary:

"We delivered record revenue and healthy margins in the second quarter and first half of fiscal 2026," stated David Robbins, Interim CEO of Omni-Lite. "This performance is a direct result of our pricing and manufacturing discipline, allowing us to efficiently scale operations to satisfy strong customer demand."

Our Quick Take:

We’ve been tracking OML.V since they posted record Q1 2026 results. Going into this quarter, we were a little bit concerned about margins, because in the Q1 2026 CC, management stated:

“I think that was a particularly -- probably -- particularly everything-went-well quarter. They don't always go that well.”

However, after seeing current results, it is clear that their current margins probably represent the new norm.

It’s also important to highlight that the company has a subsidiary (DP Cast) that was generating heavy losses; however, Omni-Lite renegotiated a five-year pricing agreement with Pratt & Whitney that removes a four-year underwater-pricing overhang. Interestingly, management stated that the benefits of this new pricing agreement should be visible in H2 2026, meaning that margins should further improve in the upcoming quarters.

Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. manufactures metal alloy, composite, and fastener components for aerospace, military, specialty automotive, sports, and recreational applications.
