Q1 sales of $27.5 million vs. $7.1 million in the prior year, ahead analyst estimates of $25.1 million

Q1 2026 EPS: $0.122 vs. $0.003 in the prior year, ahead analyst estimates of $0.02

Intelligent Fabric revenue increased 305% to $23.6 million, driven by apparel growth and new scrubs and footwear programs.

Coconut Grove revenue increased 212% to $3.9 million, helped by the Nudish brand launch at major retailers.

Gross margin decreased to 33% from 39%, due to product mix and higher U.S. tariffs on China imports.

The company initiated a process to recover approximately $850,000 in IEEPA tariffs paid on China imports.

Management Commentary:

“This quarter reflects both the strength of our innovation pipeline and the confidence our retail partners have in our ability to execute,” said Hylton Karon, President and CEO of iFabric Corp.

“We are capitalizing on new customer and product-line opportunities while continuing to scale our established core business, and the results speak for themselves,” concluded Hylton Karon.

Our Quick Take:

Ifabric had already pre-announced these strong results, so it’s no surprise. Our current main concern with Ifabric is a raise. In the previous conference call, management stated:

“And our balance sheet is very underleveraged. I mean, we've got the capacity to take on debt. …”

“We don't always feel comfortable doing -- using too much debt. And maybe at some point, we'll have to consider supplementing our capital by doing a raise. But those are all things that are on the table.”

If we check their cash position, they are currently sitting at around $1.8M vs $3.8M in the prior quarter.

Another concern is prepaid expenses and deposits, which have sequentially declined from $1.87M in Q4 2025 to $766K in Q1 2026. This makes sense given the monster Q1 they just posted.

Our issue is that it is also down YoY from 835K in Q1 2025 to $766K in the current quarter. Monitoring this figure will be key in identifying an acceleration in revenue before it actually shows up in the income statement.

iFabric Corp. designs and distributes apparel and develops and supplies performance textile treatments for clothing, medical, and protective fabric applications.

Research

Ifabric Corp. (OTC:IFABF) (TSX:IFA) (C$2.22; C$67.3M market cap) announced estimated fiscal 2025 revenue and preliminary Q1 2026 revenue outlook:

Fiscal 2025 revenue estimated at approximately $33 million, representing about 20% year-over-year growth and a new 12-month company record.

Q1 2026 revenue expected between $20 million and $25 million, compared with $7.1 million in Q1 2025.

Growth driven primarily by expansion of clinically-proven medical scrubs programs and Intelligent Fabric Technologies category expansion.

Company expects scrubs programs and category expansion initiatives to support continued revenue growth through 2026 and 2027.

Company provided targeted inventory clearance support in Q4 2025 to help retailers transition from competing brands into iFabric branded programs.

Majority of prior Maidenform licensed revenue has been replaced with revenue from the company’s own brand platform targeting a younger demographic.

Management Commentary:

"Fiscal 2025 ended with real acceleration for iFabric," said Hylton Karon, President & CEO of iFabric Corp. "Our record fourth quarter revenue of approximately $11 million was not an isolated event. It reflects the strength of programs we built throughout 2025, and that momentum has rolled directly into 2026. We are entering this year with a broader platform, stronger retail reach, and more growth drivers than at any point in our history," concluded Hylton Karon

“The Company also highlighted the exceptional start to fiscal 2026. Dependent on shipping dates, revenue for Q1 2026 is currently expected to be in the range of $20 million to $25 million, making it the largest ever quarter in corporate history. Management noted that this increase is being driven by expansion of existing, new and re-branded programs. In certain cases, iFabric provided targeted inventory clearance support in Q4 2025 to help major retailers transition from competing brands into Company branded programs. This is a short-term investment the Company believes is positioning it for significant longer-term gains.”

"The speed at which our clinically-proven scrubs programs have scaled gives us a high level of confidence in the size of the opportunity ahead," added Mr. Karon. "Those programs are expanding quickly, our order book remains strong, and IFTNA is continuing to open doors in new product categories. We believe that momentum will continue through 2026 and well into 2027," concluded Mr. Karon.

“The Company added that its transition away from the prior Maidenform license is substantially reshaping its intimate apparel business. iFabric has already replaced the majority of the revenue previously generated from Maidenform licensed products with revenue from its own brand platform, geared toward a younger and better-aligned demographic. Management believes its new brand platform not only replaces the prior licensed revenue stream, but also creates materially broader opportunities in product development, positioning, and market expansion than would have been available under the Maidenform brand.”

Our Quick Take:

iFabric is clearly guiding toward a very strong Q1 2026, driven primarily by its clinically proven medical scrubs. In a previous interview (October 8, 2025), management stated that the scrubs category could generate C$20–C$30M in revenue over the next two to three years. The current guidance, along with management’s outlook for 2026 and 2027, suggests the company may be on track to achieve that target.

Another key highlight is the company’s move away from selling products under the licensed Maidenform brand and toward building its own branded platform. By owning the brand rather than licensing it, iFabric should gain greater control, improve margins, and create more opportunities to expand across products and markets.

The main concern in this press release relates to inventory clearance support provided in Q4 2025 to help major retailers transition from competing brands to iFabric-branded programs. This could have a meaningful impact on margins. We will need to monitor whether this support was a one-time transition expense or something that could become recurring.
