Q2 sales of $28.0 million vs. $5.4 million in the prior year

Q2 2026 EPS: $0.05 vs. $0.00 in the prior year

Gross profit increased 182% to $5.4 million, while net income rose to $2.5 million from $0.05 million.

Pharmacy product sales increased to approximately $26.2 million from $4.5 million in Q2 2025.

Virtual healthcare/direct-to-consumer revenue increased to approximately $22.8 million from approximately $0.7 million in Q2 2025.

Hydreight reaffirmed fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of approximately $150 million.

Management Commentary:

"Q2 was another record revenue quarter for Hydreight, with revenue reaching approximately $28.0 million compared with $5.4 million in the same period last year.

What I believe is equally important is what is happening underneath that growth. Compared with Q1, revenue increased approximately 12.5%, while gross profit increased approximately 7.0%, with net income and Adjusted EBITDA remaining relatively consistent with Q1 levels. We believe this combination of continued top-line growth and sustained profitability demonstrates the strength of the platform as we continue scaling the infrastructure we have spent years building.

Through the first six months of 2026, Hydreight generated approximately $53.0 million in revenue and $5.1 million in net income. VSDHOne and our virtual healthcare infrastructure have become significant contributors to our business, while we continue investing in the technology, pharmacy relationships, provider infrastructure and compliance capabilities needed to support additional scale.

We remain focused on execution. Our priorities for the remainder of 2026 are to continue increasing utilization across the platform, expand our partner and product ecosystem, invest in VSDHOne 2.0 and related technology, and continue building the infrastructure required to support the next stage of Hydreight's growth.”

Our Quick Take:

Impressive revenue growth but gross margin roughly halved year over year, from about 36% to 19%. This was driven by pharmacy product sales, which are now about 93% of revenue (up from 83% a year ago) at a targeted 20% margin.

In terms of guidance, management reaffirmed the $150M full-year guide. Since H1 revenue was $53M, the back half needs about $97M, or roughly $48M per quarter against the $28M just delivered. Interestingly, management did not reaffirm the 15-17% EBITDA margin guidance in the press release; however, they did reaffirm it in the conference call. According to management, they are still confident because:

“Our guidance was always constructed as a baseline built from existing partner relationships and revenue attributable to the ecosystem as a whole. Currently, active customer programs, observable transaction volumes and contracted demand, and the shape of the year reflects the timing of product line launches now funded and coming online”

Hydreight Technologies Inc. provides a digital health platform that enables telemedicine booking, mobile medical and wellness services, and operational support solutions for healthcare providers.
